I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and safe enough to explore the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions by identifying root issues not just managing surface symptoms. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative, helping clients build emotional awareness, improve communication, heal past wounds, and create healthier connections with themselves and others. I believe meaningful change happens when we understand our stories, break unhealthy cycles, and move toward healing, growth, and lasting connection.
