Thomas Marz


“I am extremely passionate about helping individuals succeed in life. I believe every person I work with can reach their full potential as we rediscover and enhance the amazing qualities and characteristics they possess. I am an integrative Cognitive-Behavioral therapist and focus on utilizing evidence-based techniques to help each individual cope with life challenges. The therapeutic relationship is a sacred alliance where positive change occurs as we work together.”


Thomas is extremely passionate about helping people improve their mental health and wellbeing. He strongly believes that every person he works with can reach their full potential and find peace and joy in life as they work together. Thomas attended Brigham Young University - Hawaii where he obtained his Bachelor of Social Work. He received his master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky with a certificate in Clinical Social Work Practice. Thomas uses an integrative Cognitive-Behavioral approach to therapy utilizing many methods and tools from different therapy models depending on the needs of the individual. He specializes in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, sex/pornography addiction, phobias, social anxiety, agoraphobia, panic disorder, trauma, spirituality issues, self-esteem, and PTSD. He is also fluent in Spanish!


Besides Thomas’ passion for clinical social work, he loves outdoor activities such as skiing, fly fishing, hiking, and camping. He also loves spending time with his wife and family. Thomas is passionate about humanitarian work and has been on multiple trips to Haiti and Bolivia which inspired him to become a therapist.
