Edith West is a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with over 23 years of diverse healthcare experience. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care, with expertise in critical care, emergency services, and family practice. Edith has gained valuable experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including Kindred Hospital North Florida, and Vincent Surgical Arts (South Ogden, UT). She also served honorably in the United States Navy as a Corpsman, where she developed hands-on expertise in critical care and emergency medicine.

With exceptional communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a strong commitment to patient advocacy, Edith excels at creating individualized care that promote health, safety, and quality of life. Her clinical practice is grounded in pathophysiology, pharmacotherapeutics, and health promotion. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality care while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and a supportive bedside manner. We are thrilled to have Edith join the Riverwoods team supporting our Ketamine treatment as the medical team lead.
