About
Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Utah Valley University and finishing his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. He has experience as a crisis counselor, working with youth and adults who are in crisis or struggling with suicidal ideation. Daniel works with individuals and couples of all ages, but he specializes in treating teens and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. He primarily uses a CBT framework, integrating techniques from ACT and DBT. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys playing guitar, video games, and running.
