Abigail Morrison

"In counseling, I aim to create a compassionate and understanding space to explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences most important to you. I take a strengths-based approach, recognizing and celebrating your inherent resilience and capabilities. I believe in the importance of establishing a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship, built on mutual respect and collaboration. Together, we will identify your goals and aspirations, and I will support you as you work towards achieving them."

Abigail will receive her master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Utah Valley University. Prior to that, she received an undergraduate in International Relations and an MPA. With a professional background in non-profit and higher education, Abigail has worked closely with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence and has a deep belief in human resiliency.

Abigail works with clients of all ages as well as couples. Her therapy style is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and she takes care to develop a safe and understanding environment for all clients. She believes deeply in the importance and value of relationships and connection.

Outside the counseling room, Abigail loves paddleboarding, skiing, traveling, and trying to finish one of the twenty books on her nightstand.
