Testimonials
"Alina is great, she does an excellent job of listening with compassion and then helped me work out solutions to help me feel better. She was a great help in helping me recognize and validate my feelings and also was able to help me implement small practices and habits in my life to help. She’s very kind and approachable and created a safe environment for me to talk and to heal and was patient enough to meet me where I was at and work with me from there." - K.O.
"Work with Alina has been great in general. She's helped me understand a lot of the way my mind functions and why I come to certain conclusions about things. Often these conclusions can be somewhat harmful to the way I react to issues in life. Alina has been great in working through these conclusions I normally come to and bringing me into a more thoughtful and mindful space."- T.S.
"I think this form of CBT has been demonstrably helpful in identifying harmful thinking patterns that I have in my relationships and reframing and moving those thoughts to a better place. Since the start of working with Alina my thought patterns in relation to issues I've had have improved a lot. I honestly didn't think I'd be able to work through them so well and so fast, but my relationships have become noticeably better along with the way I process certain events too."- M.B.
